How we work — and what you can hold us to. PharmaGuide is a concierge service: every order is dispensed by a licensed partner pharmacy in Egypt.
You pay the price printed on the box
Medicines are charged at the licensed pharmacy’s EGP price — the one printed on the package. The discount and delivery fee are separate, visible lines. We never convert to dollars at our own exchange rate.
Cash on delivery — nothing upfront
You pay when the order is in your hands. If you refuse the order at the door, you pay nothing and owe nothing.
If something is out of stock
The pharmacist confirms availability before delivery. If an item is unavailable, we offer a pharmacy analog for your approval — never a silent substitution.
You always know where your order is
Track every status from “confirmed” to “delivered” on the order page, and reach the pharmacist directly on WhatsApp or Telegram at any step.
Something went wrong?
Write to us on WhatsApp or Telegram — the founder reads every message. We fix our mistakes at our own cost: wrong item, missed time window, damaged packaging.
