How pricing works
Medicine is paid for at the pharmacy price — with no markup. The discount (up to 15% of the goods total) and delivery are shown as separate lines. The medicine cost is never blended with our service margin.
The 50/50 partner model
The website handles marketing and order intake; a licensed partner pharmacist sources the medicines and arranges delivery. After deducting the medicine and delivery cost, the remaining profit is split equally between the site owner and the pharmacist. For you, that means a transparent price and an accountable fulfiller.
Data & consent
We collect only what is needed to place and deliver the order: name, contact, hotel and order contents. You confirm consent before placing the order. Health data is not requested or stored.
Safety & law
Controlled and travel-banned medicines (e.g. those containing phenobarbital or tramadol) are flagged and cannot be ordered. Prescription medicines require a prescription. We do not diagnose or prescribe.

- How do I find an equivalent of my medicine in Egypt?
- Type your medicine name in the catalog — we match the Egyptian equivalent by active ingredient (INN). If there is no direct equivalent, a Russian-speaking pharmacist suggests a safe alternative in the same class. We are not a pharmacy: we match and arrange delivery.
- Do you deliver medicine in Hurghada and Sharm El-Sheikh?
- Yes. A courier brings your order to your hotel reception or main gate in Hurghada or Sharm El-Sheikh. Delivery is free above the goods threshold shown in the cart; below it, a flat fee is charged as a separate line.
- How much does it cost and how is the discount calculated?
- Medicine is at the pharmacy price, no markup. The discount scales with the goods total: 3% per 1000 EGP, up to 15%. The discount applies to goods only; delivery is never discounted and is shown separately.
- Can I order a prescription or controlled medicine?
- Prescription medicines require a prescription — the licensed pharmacy’s pharmacist makes the dispensing decision. Controlled and travel-banned medicines (e.g. with phenobarbital or tramadol) cannot be ordered — this is required by Egyptian law.
- How do I pay and what language do you speak?
- Pay in USD or EGP on delivery. We speak Russian, Ukrainian, Armenian and English. Reach us on Telegram or WhatsApp; we usually reply within ~15 minutes during the day.
